## How We Shape the Ground

We start with your elevations and drainage plan. A compact track loader with a grading attachment, dozer or other suitable machine cuts and spreads soil. Fill type, compaction and the final surface are agreed up front. An engineered building pad needs its own specifications and checks.

## Flat Ground Still Needs a Drainage Plan

Tampa has low-lying areas where heavy rain can leave standing water. A sandy surface does not tell the whole story about drainage or bearing conditions. We check the site before moving soil, keep drainage routes open and avoid pushing fill into wetlands or toward neighboring property.
